职位描述
(一) 岗位职责Responsibilities
1.负责指定区域的市场开发、客户维护和销售管理等工作。
2.负责所属区域的产品宣传、推广和销售，完成销售的任务指标。
3.制定自己的销售计划，并按计划拜访客户和开发新客户。
4.协助销售经理制定销售策略、销售计划，以及量化销售目标。
5.做好销售合同的签订、履行与管理等相关工作，以及协调处理各类市场问题。
6.汇总与协调货源需求计划，以及制定货源调配计划。
7.接待来访客户，以及综合协调日常销售事务。
(二) 任职资格Requirements
1、大专或以上学历，机械类专业；
2、3年以上切削刀具产品销售经验；
3、熟知机械制造业，有一定的客户人脉；
4、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力；
5、具备良好的人际沟通和协调能力，分析及解决问题的能力；
6、良好的综合素质，领导力，沟通与学习能力，责任心强、进取的积极心态，饱满的工作热情。
