Job responsibility：

  

 

  

1、 Implement recruitment plan according to company’s  recruitment needs , including  screening、interview、evaluation、background  investigation and so on;

  

2、 Enhance recruitment channels and methods to improve recruitment effectiveness based on regularly analysis;

  

3、Prepare offer for the new employees, and communicate with the new employees on his/her on-boarding arrangement.

  

4、Responsible for new hire onboard and induction management and probation assessment;

  

5、Coordinate employees’ performance review 

  

6、Perform day-to-day operations of payroll data maintenance and process, ensure timely as well as accurate execution

  

7、 Responsible for Employee Relations activities, including employee engagement activities, turnover management; rewards and punishment management;

  

8、 Responsible for related HR system maintenance;

  

9、Conduct employee communication actives per company policy;

  

10、Other tasks assigned by manager.

  

 

  

Requirement：

  

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration, human resource management, etc;

  

2、A minimum of 3 years human resource experience. Experience in retail industry is preferred.

  

3、Proficient in spoken and written English;

  

4、Strong communication & organization skill.
