Requirements:

• University degree for Mechanical or Plastics Engineering

• Mininum of 5 years experience in Injection Moulding Industry

• CAD skills for 3D (CATIA V5)

• Excellent MS-Office skills

• Experience with Injection Moulding Process

• Plastics Material Knowledge

• Experience in Mould Design

• Excellent communication skills

• Problem solving skills

• Analytical working skills

• Open Mind Mentality

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Hands on Mentality

• Willingness for International Travelling

   

   

  Desirable:

• Experience in Rheology of plastic materials

• Craftman skills to drive process by itself

• Experience in Mould Maintenance and Cleaning

• Skills to train other people, (Train the trainer)

   

  Tasks:

  Implementation of Bi-Injection Moulding Process in cooperation with German sister company.

  Training on the job in Germany.

  Technology and know-how transfer to Suzhou plant.

  Close cooperation with German Engineers, Toolmaker and Machine Supplier.

  Accompaniment and adaption of 2k-parts to OEM, attendance of Engineering Meetings with OEM.

  Training of onsite operator

  Maintenance of entire process

  Interface between headquarter and OEM
