职位描述
Position Summary
Implement relevant staffing programs, conduct recruitment and interview activities to contribute to the achievement of staffing goals.
Support the continuous improvement of the talent acquisition function
Contribute to campus and university program and promotion events to maintain sustainable talent resource for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Searching & Hiring Process
? Work with HR team and business lines to source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions in accordance with company business needs and organization requirements.
? Leverage the use of internal and external resources, tools and platforms, including social media, employee referral programs, professional associations.
? Manage third party relationships to ensure appropriate service levels are being delivered and agreed terms are being followed.
? Create partnerships with area employment agencies, advertising agencies, and temporary agencies.
? Manage the end-to-end hiring process effectively in the identification and assessment of external talent, including assist hiring managers in writing accurate and effective job postings, review applications and conduct interviews to obtain information regarding applicant's work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, etc.
? Manage applicant flow to ensure availability of qualified candidates and compliance with diversity hiring goals.
? Consult with hiring managers to help them make optimal hiring decisions and coordinate with the relevant partner and hiring manager on candidate offer
? Ensure the provision of timely employee-related information to relevant parties as necessary.
Mapping & Branding
? Maintain a strong external network to create partnerships that yield a pipeline of key talent for current and future hiring needs.
? Support and comply with hiring guidelines and procedures, particularly for applicant tracking.
? Keep abreast of market trends and demands impacting the company’s ability to attract high quality candidates;
Support to business lines
? Develop strong understanding of the business, competitive landscape, and overall strategy to increase business partnership & recruiting effectiveness.
? Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, understand business goals.
? Proactively partner to understand current and future talent requirements, execute staffing plan
? Partner with HRBP and hiring managers to drive the recruitment process and maintaining consistent internal and external communication.
? Create and coordinate job advertising in various media, attend job fairs and develop and maintain contacts with colleges, universities, alumni groups, and other organizations to identify potential applicants.
Others
? Assist with training line management on recruiting, interviewing, and the selection process as required.
? Assist with managing projects related to legislation in the recruitment process within HR and across the business, HR systems, practices, procedures and compliance.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience;
- A demonstrated track record of sourcing for both volume and difficult-to-fill skillsets.
- Experience of recruiting with major and strong emphasis on sourcing, networking and building talent pipeline across a variety of skill sets.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal;
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload;
- Good understanding and awareness of the commercial environment and market trends
- Good customer service skills, and attention to detail
- Good ability to work in a matrix environment
