RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 负责实验室规模发酵容器的运行和维护
2. 开发/执行发酵程序和工艺规程
3. 具备实验室日常运行的健康和安全方面的丰富知识
4. 分析和解释发酵数据
5. 能够使用微生物学和分析技术分析发酵样品
6. 发酵过程中的问题解决

资质：

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education: Minimum BS (for assistant role) or MSc or PhD (for associate role) in  microbial fermentation, or microbiology with a focus on development of microbial fermentations
2. Experience: At least 3 years in hands on experience within fermentation, ideally in an industrial setting or academic background with experience will be considered.

1. Experience in working with various fermentation modes including batch, fed-batch continuous with strong understanding of microbial physiology
2. Experience with process equipment and lab scale processing issues.
3. Be independent and manage day to day laboratory work
4. Ability to work autonomously with little supervision
5. Ability to be adapt in a fast-paced dynamic environment
6. Experience working in a collaborative  and team-oriented environment
7. Excellent organization and communication skills
8. Willing to work outside normal working hours when is required. 
9. Data analysis and presenting them to management team
