职位要求：

1. Minimum 5 years working experience in railway products development

2. Strong knowledge of China Railway industry

3. Ability to discuss rail solution at technical, managerial and strategic level within rail organizations

4. Experience as a product manager in China and familiar with European rail industry

5. Experience of delivering major railway projects in the project leader role

6. Chinese native speaker with good command of the English language

7. Good presentation skills

8. Communicative networker with a high level of commitment and persuasive nature, capable of being consistent with given matters while also being integrative as a person
