1. Evaluate new and existing supplier quality systems and process capability by applying tkEC EQ assessment. Deploy supplier annual audit, product audits, VDA

6.3 process audits, and ensure compliance to supplier quality manual requirement.

2. Regularly review supplier performance and prepare supplier performance report of supplier quality indicators such as Field Escapes PPM, Critical Parts Reliability, Problems Per Job, CAPA closure rate, etc. and take necessary actions to close gaps.

3. Take ownership and lead cross functional team in supplier quality problems resolution process. Initiate and monitor supplier quality improvement programs.

4. Responsible for supplier quality assurance processes including, but not limited to Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP), First Article Inspection Requirements (FAIR) and the development of supplier QCOS

5. Responsible for training and deployment of Manufacturing Process Control, Variation Reduction, Control Plan Development, Mistake Proofing, 6S, Lean Production and other tkEC sponsored supplier initiatives.

6. Partcipate in SPDP and facilitate early supplier involvement in the development or applications of new components. Support global and local CCG activities.

7. Supervision and performance coaching of CCG team of SQEs.

任职要求：

Electric Engineering Bachelor or above

At least 8 years work experience in supplier quality. Familiar with electrical supplier quality management process. Elevator background is preferred.

Minimum of five years management/supervisory experience is preferred.

Good command of oral and written English (CET-4 or above)

Familiarity with MS Office and SAP operation

Must have strong leadership skills, good collaboration and project management skills

Master Quality Systems (ISO9001 internal auditor), Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing

Process Control, Six Sigma, Geometric Dimensioning and Toleancing
