Compliance Officer (Station in Shanghai)
Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for conducting and reviewing social compliance and environment audits in accordance with company and international standard, and directly report to Director of Product Integrity.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders on continuous improvement of conditions in contract factories
- Recommend corrective actions to meet legal and company's requirements against non-compliance raised in 3rd parties or internal audit report
- Implement corrective actions plans and monitor to completion in the factories
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor degree with at least 3 years' relevant experience
- Have strong network with NGO, and independent 3rd parties
- Training skills in order to coach vendors and offices quality team and merchandisers
- Hands-on experience in rolling up sleeves and work with offices and vendor to be compliant
- Have strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, team players
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Familiar with MS office
