1. Develop and grow new key accounts in China Markets to achieve an aggressive sales plan.
2. Supervise sales team and executives to meet required sales targets.
3. Responsible for annual sales & marketing plan. Provide team members with clear performance objectives
4. Well understand customer's application and do design-in businesses.
5. Work with the engineering to develop appropriate solutions to meet customers' requirement.
6. To ensure excellent Customer Satisfaction levels with each customer and enhance the company's reputation in the marketplace.
7. All activities and data logged into system.
8. Frequent Travels in China to visit the customers.
9. Other assignments arranged by the GM/CEO.

Requirements :
1, A bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering.
2, Good English communication skills, both written and oral.
3, Minimum 5 years of experience in managing sales team with proven record.
4, Self starter, Responsible, Customer-centric and independent.
5, Able to learn fast and work well in a team.
