Job Summary
CSR focus on providing sales administrative services to customers. Central to this role, the position is responsible for order fulfillment (order entry, scheduling and monitoring), inventory management and acting as the frontline for customer-related inquiries and in close collaboration with Sales to support customers.
Responsibilities
1) Forecast and Order Management
- Collect daily incoming forecast or sales orders
- Check resale, cost & MPQ for incoming SO
- Follow-up on supplier shipment schedule
- SO acknowledgement to customers
- Input order and fill in PO support form & enter Pnotes
2) Schedule/ Reschedule
- Checking and updating SO, inventory and PO status
- Request for Pull-in, push-out and cancellation when necessary
3) Shipment/ Delivery
- Release shipment/ request A/C dept to release shipment
- Prepare related document with shipment (e.g. case mark)
- Print & sort invoices & packing list
- Send invoices & packing list and required documents to customers
- Fill in the form for urgent shipment & drop shipment
- Follow up with delivery discrepancies % warehouse and customers
- Monitor parts return to suppliers and make replenishment timely
4) Inventory Management
- Check SO-INV-PO and reschedule PO and SO shipment to meet the on time delivery and high inventory term requirement
- Set bond bucket and update bond report
- Check and clear OH1 inventory
- Slow moving inventory disposition
5) Record, Report and Database
- Filing of documents like customer SO, shipping document and etc per requirement
- Send required documents like official invoices to customers
- Maintenance price list, lead time info in database per request
- Generate and update weekly or monthly performance report
6) Others
- Distribute and follow up Customer Satisfaction Survey form
- Fill in the form for OPCD
- Cross checking for PO entered
- Neda setup
- Prepare document for AR collection
- Team meeting or other problem solving meeting
- Backup other CS
- Any other duties assigned by superiors
- Support ISO activities of Company as required
Job Requirement

-Bachelor Degree in any disciplines
-At least 1-2 year experience in Sales Coordination role or Customer Service role. Experience in semicon disty is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good language skills - English and country-specific local language
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (clarity, well organized thinking)
- Sound negotiation skills
- Excellent computer skills (Excel/Word/Power Point)
- Good time management skills
- Proven multi-tasking skills
