Location: 四川北路
Responsibilities:
Provide professional advice and Identify customer needs.
Build up relationship with existing clients and identify upsell opportunities.
Perform regular customer contact and portfolio review.
Conduct client training sessions.
Provide feedback to Research and Technology teams to enhance and improve our platform.
Maintain an environment oriented to honesty and integrity, fairness and respect, team spirit, accountability and trust.
Focus on accuracy, attention to detail and constant improvement for high individual and team performance.
Report errors and problems immediately to team leader when can’t resolve the issue by oneself.
Requirements:
University graduate, preferably in the financial services industry.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial market trends and situations.
Excellent presentation skills and sales-oriented.
Fluent in English.
