职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Support BD, Marketing and Project team in conceptualizing the feasibility study, planning and positioning of new developments and products
-Provide technical support to BD in acquisition of properties and conduct building technical due diligence
-Provide technical support to BD on BTS projects
-Initiate, organize and guide local project management teams for new developments
-Assist in preparing project design brief
-Assist to develop overall project management strategy and objectives
-Support the local PM team in the selection and appointment of consultants
-Review and critique consultant's design
-Prepare and coordinate the design review by ADRC
-Assist the local team in design review, contract packaging strategy and manage construction cost
RES
-Coordinate closely with managers from other functions, and development and investment business units in the organization
-Support the business development and marketing team
-Support technical building due diligence work during acquisition.
-Review and update work processes and procedures
-Work closely with HQ RES to implement corporate-wide initiatives, tapping on HQ's resources and expertise-energy audits, etc.
-Coordinate and support the annual RES audit
Requirements :
-Degree in M&E.
-Competent in English
-At least 5 years of working experience with site experience in industrial and commercial, those who is involved in a project from start to completion will be preferred
-The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
-Professional knowledge of M&E engineering
-Project Management Skills
-The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills
-Excellent leadership and sense
-Teamwork
-Skill of Communication with government agencies.
