职位描述
Location: 南翔
Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading Policy Deployment for the finance team and achieving the finance team PD goals each year. This will also include developing and honoring designed partnerships as required from other functional departments in order to meet their PD goals.
Leads and guides the China Business to ensure that Group’s tools and Group’s processes.
Ensure the financial statements. This includes the educating of the China Business managers on the linkage, where needed.
Oversees the accurate (integrity) and timely preparation of all financial statements in accordance with GAAP and Group’s financial policies, including all account reconciliations.
Directly supervises and develops the accounting staff and local network administrator.
Is the owner, monitors and creates internal controls and the control environment.
Establish costing environment and understand relationship between visuals and financial variances
Oversees the joint efforts with corporate accounting and the external auditors at year-end.
Capital projects analysis: NPV for new plant, property and equipment, NPV for major programs (new product line, etc.), NPV for acquisitions/ divestitures of product line, etc.
Financial Analysis / Cash Flow Analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in accounting, CPA or MBA candidate highly desired.
10 plus years experience as a leader of Accounting/ Finance in a manufacturing environment.
Strong financial and accounting knowledge, including cost accounting.
Works within a manufacturing environment, with occasional exposure to noise, heat, cold, fumes, and chemicals.
Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft office products.
Experience with ERP system, SAP system preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
