Reports To: Site Manager of Assembly Center Jiading, SMC China

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning & conducting the regular maintenance of compressed air system, electric system, air conditioners, cranes, forklifts, elevators, plumbing and repairs on buildings (includes floor/ceiling/wall/roof in good shape) as per EHS requirements.
Responsible for the renovation and expansion of the plant, transfer of production lines;
Work with the production dept to source the equipment as required;
Responsbile for the management of utilities consumption, cost saving of water, gas and electrical power;
Negotiate with the landlord for the rental of workshop/factory.
Keep good relationship with local government authorities in a bid to make the company facility utilizing practice in compliance with the relevant local rules & regulations.
Accountable for 5S management;
Taking a leading role in infrastructural projects
Responsible for overall company security management
Responsible for EHS management to external constructor

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree of engineering or civil engineering;
At least 5 years professional experience in related area and 2 years supervisory experience;
Skillful use of AUTOCAD and PC softwares
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Problem solving & analytical;
Fluent in English & Mandarin.
