RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Overview China ops management reports with variance analysis
2.Review China ops performance reports for senior management
3.Highlight gap analysis with measures to close the gap
4.FR review and liaison with HQ Finance on FR compliance
5.Coordinate the internal and external audit issues
6.Budget & forecast key coordination with other functions and HQ
7.Staff management and task allocation to enhance the productivity
8.Tax planning for both corporate and personal
9.Other work assignment when required

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Accounting degree/ACCA
At least 15 years of experience in similar capacity

Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
-Accounting standards (both Chinese and international)
-Tax rules
-Working knowledge of computer applications eg Accounting application, Excel, Words, etc

Skills
The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
-Oral & written skill in English
-Efficient & effective towards meeting deadline
-Leadership
-People management
-Effective communication
-Proactive
