职位描述
Location: 青浦 / 6月后搬去嘉定北工业园
Responsibilities:
Establish labor contract and employee handbook in compliance with local laws and company regulations.
Create manning plan and conduct recruitment process.
Set up and implement compensation and benefit system including performance evaluation.
Assist in developing effective on-going training programs for each staff.
Handle proper registration for expatriate working locally.
Ensure all employees’ personnel files are well arranged.
Be responsible for administration.
Implement company backup system.
Help management improve and maintain staff satisfactory.
Be actively involved in and committed to the implementation of all company’s policies in all aspects of the job function.
Conduct personal behavior such that it protects and enhances the company’s reputation.
Strive to continually improve in all aspects of work.
To carry out administrative policy & rules governing all admin-issues including budgeting and it’s controlling.
Assure the application of the EHS aspects in the area of responsibility and conduct the EHS job function in the HR department.
Others per the requirement from General Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Business Management, etc.
With over 8 years working experience in general HR management.
Working experience in MNC, manufacture experience is a must.
Strong communication skills, convincing personality.
Fluent in English.
