职位描述

Key Responsibilities
- Support company to establish strong and comprehensive relationships with existing nominated account or new customers.
- Manage daily interfaces with nominated accounts to enhance customer knowledge and interest of ALE, company service, and performance.
- Develop prospect list for sales opportunities in each nominated account and pursue all targeted opportunities actively.
- Develop quotes of existing and new products in accordance with ALE sales rules.
- Show and promote future product generations and new products.
- Develop strong account strategy leading to sustainable sales growth within nominated accounts and new customers.
- Co-work with sales team in other business unit for system project in China. Co-work with sales teams in other geographies for cross-regional project.
- Synthesize Chinese market information: competition, market share, market trends...
- Member of project management team
- Coordinate and communicate internally and externally to launch containment and resolution actions if issues occur.
- Account receivable tracking

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor degree with major in Electronics Engineering or Auto. Engineering
- At least 2 years sales experience in Auto. part Industry
- R&DE experience at electronics or Auto engineering is preferred.

- Strong skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, analyzing, problem solving, lead qualifying, negotiating, persevering, closing), Prospecting & New Customer Development, Value-based selling, Customer-centric Selling and Sales Forecasting.
- Familiar with project management procedure from RFQ phase to SOP
- Intermediate level of expertise to quickly acquire the knowledge of Autoliv Electronics products, Services and Solutions.
- Intermediate level of expertise in China Auto Industry Knowledge, OEM Business Drivers - pricing, quality, delivery, development, validation, and support.
- Well networked in the Auto industry
- Capacity to handle a multitude of ongoing issues and an incisive mind to ensure focusing on priorities, both operational and business development, long and short term
- Ability to cope with constant pressure (without compromising standards) by being well organized and planning time well
- Native Mandarin speaker
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written

TRAVEL
- The position is based in Shanghai
- The position requires intensive traveling in China
