职位描述
Manage QA team to commit the professional QA support regarding Quality & Compliance issue.
Major Accountabilities
Lead, facilitate and support key business processes on behalf of QA
Optimize and maintain site GMP and compliance system, Which meets internal policies and Chinese GMP requirements, ensure system in place, in use and effective. Appropriately handle and pass regulatory inspections in a timely manner to support business growth
Lead the management of routine quality affairs, including the handling of deviations , dealing with abnormal materials and products, handling of returned goods, investigation of quality issues, local change management, annual product review, product stability maintenance and validation activities.
Create high performance team: select/recruit right people in right position, develop appropriate training and develop program to motivate peoples. Develop & review Job descriptions, objectives/KPIs, and action plans for subordinates. Conduct performance dialogue in a timely manner
Develop and optimize quality systems and meets business requirements. Benchmark from industry and other sites, adopt best practices, not only GMP and compliance but also Lean and Six Sigma. Support site business ensure quality, service, budget and cost saving achieve target
Establish department environmental, safety and industry hygiene objectives. Help organize sufficient training and site inspection to ensure all operations comply with environmental, safety and industry hygiene regulations and requirements.
Education (minimum/desirable):
Minimum: BS Degree in Life Sciences or related fields
Desirable: Advanced degree in Life Sciences or related fields (MS)
Experience:
1. Min. 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a relevant field such as compliance, quality assurance, clinical development or a directly related area
2. knowledge and experience of product release or data release preferred
3. Ability to negotiate and communicate
4. Good knowledge of GCP and/or GMP
5. Good knowledge of drug development
