Basic Purpose:
Engineer MEP in the PANDA Project responsible for the engineering of mechanical and electrical systems in the project and reports directly to the Senior Project Manager

Tasks and competencies:
1.Conduct during Conceptual, Basic and Detail Engineering the Global Engineering Contractor in the discipline Mechanical systems (Firefighting systems, Pipework) and Electrica systems by
1)Serving as interface between internal customer and the Global Engineering Contractor aligning project scope, planning, scheduling
2)Control /Review technical drawings, specifications of mechanical and electrical systems including cost calculations
3)Ensuring project deliverables

2. Conduct during Implementation the Global Contractor/Discipline Contractor in the disciplines mechanical, electrical and plumbing by
1) Bid evaluation, site engineering,
2)Controlling construction documents like technical drawings, specifications of mechanical and electrical systems
3)Controlling related budget and schedules
4)Ensuring project deliverables
5)Support the design of commissioning and qualification plans

3.Ensure the project to achieve the target in terms of high quality, on-time delivery, within budget and EHS compliance.
4.Coordinates interfaces to process equipment , HVAC and utilities and CSA works

Knowledge and skill requirements
1. Knowledge
1)Master degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with background in Project Management
2)as a minimum a batchelor degree is necessary,
3)Profound knowledge and experience of
a.Mechanical and electrical engineering in pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry
b.Basic GMP knowledge,
4)Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction mechanical and electrical systems
5)English knowledge, especially in reading and writing

2)Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
3)Rapid learning ability, high level of energy and self-motivation
4)Dispute resolution and decision making skills as team player
5)Organized analytical thinker attention to detail
6)Skillful in using office application software (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Project, MS Power Point, MS-Outlook, CAD) .

3. Flexibility
1)If required flexibility to work additional hours for projects and tasks
2)Prefer to have working experiences in client company before
