职位描述
Location: 嘉定
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all financial, tax and accounting issues are dealt with properly within legal requirements and group-internal guidelines. Ensure the implementation and running of IT system to support the business strategy.
Participate in the elaboration of the strategy and derive and co-ordinate the establishment of all budgets, related business plans and forecasts for the company.
Ensure the constant monitoring of all budgets and the implementation of measures in case of significant deviations.
Ensure the timely establishment of all required financial reports about the development of costs, company results, turnover etc. and pass on and present the results within the company.
Ensure and supervise the proper operational handling of all accounts receivable and payable, of the debt collection and of the credit line supervision. Ensure the correct control, allocation and payment of incoming invoices and reminders.
Ensure the correct accounting of the invested capital.
Ensure the proper establishment of the balance sheet and the annual statement of accounts of the company within company guidelines and local legal requirements.
Ensure that all tax-related issues are properly dealt with and lease with internal and external auditors for that purpose.
Carry out the short and long-term financial planning for the company within guidelines and maintain all necessary relations with the banks.
Provide required resources for projects in terms of project controlling and support for all economical matters of technical-commercial projects.
Ensure the analysis and definition of IT requirements and the related specifications in terms of hard- and software to effectively support the operating business. Decide on IT investments and the implementation of system.
Ensure the operational running as well as the maintenance and constant optimization of IT systems concerning networks, IT architecture, software etc. as well as the IT training and technical support of users.
Guide, encourage and motivate the subordinate employees and make proposals regarding individual personnel measures.
Optimize the sequence of operations and the organizational processes within the area of responsibility.
Set up efficient costing and internal control systems with constant monitoring to ensure competitive cost advantage of the company and meet the company’s business interests.
Carry out risk management including suitable insurance coverage to safeguard the shareholder value.
Deal properly with related government departments, professional service providers and shareholders with responsibility.
Guidance of subordinates in disciplinary and competent-based form.
Strive to continually improve in all aspects of work.
Manage, direct, motivate and develop all direct reports.
Assure the application of the SHE aspects in the area of responsibility and conduct the SHE job function in the belonging team.
Execution of the GM directives. Other duties and assignments given by the GM.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in fabrics or related major.
Professional accounting skill.
Very fluent oral English and good written and reading English skills.
Good organizational and managerial as well as negotiation skills.
Have enough experiance of accounting and fiance work.
