Location: 浙江海盐
Responsibilities:
Head of site office, representation of group on site
Site coordination of on-site staff and activities (e.g. supervisors from different suppliers and partners)
Report of performed work and time schedule situation from on-site to TC-Shanghai Technical Center/Project Management
Handling of open issues with customer (official channel to customer)
Regularly reporting to TC management in Shanghai
Budget responsibility for the site activities and site office
Handling/follow-up of open points (technical and formal/contractual), NCR handling
Organization and guiding of site visits and meetings
Regularly communication with customer
Inspection of material/components income, un-packing inspections
Inspection of works, which he can evaluate e.g. welding of piping, arrangement and fixing of components etc.
Requirements:
University/college studies in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
At least five years working experience in complex projects, preferably in Power Plants application or chemistry industry.
On site experience, Good interpersonal skills
Experience in turnkey projects (Project Management) and on site work.
Very good command of the Chinese and English language.
Negotiation of technical and formal/contractual aspects on site with customer and external
