职位描述

Location: 南京西路

Responsibilities:
Support the sales forecasts process led by the demand planner and challenge the forecasts reliability:
o Collect information regarding the future products launches, end-of-life, promotional operations
o Coordinate and animate the China forecast committee with the demand planner (once a month, with sales, Marketing, and Finance departments)
o Ensure the consistency between the forecasts updates and the budget estimates
o Ensure the consistency between the forecasts updates and the marketing and commercial plans
o Follow-up the forecasts accuracy and communicate the corresponding indicators to the local stakeholders (sales, Marketing and Finance)
o Challenge the assumptions made to build the forecasts

Ensure with the demand planner the generation of a consistent procurement planning for all the existing and future products of the China catalog:
o Make sure that the commercial and marketing plans are achievable from a products availability point of view (local availability and/or regional availability)
o Run the Distribution Requirement Planning system
o Validate the procurement planning provided by the system and communicate with the region supply chain organization about the main evolutions and concerns
o Steer the update of the local safety stock for every mature products
o Ensure the proper communication to the local stakeholders in case of stock-out risks

Maintenance and update of the replenishment parameters of the Point Of Sales system (Pivotal) in order to optimize the level of stock at the counters.

Responsible for the company’s warehousing and distribution activities:
o Supervise the team in sales order processing and demand planning ensuring optimal stock levels and conditions, and that customers’ orders are dispatched on-time and in good condition.
o Monitor performance of 3rd-party warehouse & logistics agent to ensure goods are received on-time after necessary customs clearance and CIQ check / labeling, properly stored in the warehouse and subsequently picked / packed and delivered to the distribution on-time and in good quality according to Company’s instructions.

Maintain compliance with corporate policies and procedures, where necessary, propose modifications or introduce relevant policies and procedures suitable to the Company’s stages of development / growth, etc:
o Provision for slow-moving / obsolete stocks
o Organize stock disposals and destructions
o Enforcement of Goods returned & reimbursement policy

Ensure high ethical standards of integrity and professionalism are adhered to in the whole operation process:
o Propose and monitor KPIs of agent services and supply chain team
o Committed to delivery of these KPIs, identify and resolve areas where KPIs are not achieved .
o Ensure communication to customers (internal + external) on expected delivery schedule and status of their orders.
o Train / educate team members and other departments where necessary to enforce relevant policies & procedures.

Constantly review operational process and KPIs for better efficiencies with team members, other departments in the company and with service providers.

Reporting:
o Organize order processing and stock reception deadlines to ensure that systems can be closed on time for reporting of sales and stock reports to the Group.
o Provide monthly stock report to the Group.

Requirements:
University degree
Minimum 10 years in similar industry of which around 5 years in similar position
Good knowledge of importation and customs requirement and processes
Good knowledge of order processing, demand planning, warehouse and distribtuon management
Working knowledge of ERP systems and good excel skills
Fluent in written & spoken English
Excellent communication skills
Dedicated, hard working, self-motivated, strong analytical skills
Able to see big picture, at the same time able to attend to details
Highly reactive and proactive: able to identify risk areas and prepare contingency plans, resourceful in solving unforeseen issues
Good leadership skills within the team, strong team player within the company
