职位描述
Location: 嘉定
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the legal function in China. Play an active role as part of the management team and help to guide the business through a myriad of commercial issues.
As a key member of the management team, provide legal counsel and support on key business initiatives in China.
Manage in an effective and cost efficient manner the use of Chinese-based outside counsel to service legal needs.
Manage any actions involving regulatory or legislative initiatives in China.
Ensure internal control and local compliance of laws and regulations are maintained and meet the requirements of the Group.
Support roll-out of business record retention system and other compliance driven initiatives in China including privacy issues, foreign corrupt practices act and local compliance laws and regulations.
Advise on company secretarial matters regarding Chinese companies and ensure appropriate filings are carried out to maintain good standing of entities and registered offices to conduct business in China.
Requirements:
Law degree.
Above 8 years related experiences in OEM automotive industry.
Sound knowledge of Chinese local laws and prevalent regulatory provisions.
Able to work with internal and external partners and drive through any conflicts or issues towards solution.
Energy drive, ambition and work ethic to take on a new and considerable challenge.
Thorough in his/her legal work and be prepared to roll his/her sleeves up and delve into the detail when required.
Personable and influencing personality with strong communication skills.
Good understanding of the way a large yet entrepreneurial-minded corporation operates.
Firm and assertive, yet team oriented, with excellent motivational and management skills.
Sensitive to cultural and global issues.
Business fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
