Main Responsibilities:

• Offer continuous support to the Planning team wherever necessary.
• Responsible for updating master plans on a regular basis.
• Responsible for the preparation of implementational buying briefs.
• Efficiently manage the approval process of the plan.
• Start to build a good understanding of each client’s business.
• Be aware of overall advertising objectives.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of available Planning tools.
• Develop knowledge of the China media environment and the available communication channels.
• Provide assistance in the evaluation of media opportunities.
• Responsible for collating tear sheets in order to process invoices for clients.
• Continually think creatively and identify new, innovative opportunities that could be effectively used by clients.

Requirements:

• Numeracy, literacy and accuracy.
• Efficiency, proactive and take ownership of work.
• Be able to process research data with relevant software/systems
• Possess a basic knowledge of marketing functions and business environment.

Be fully conversant with the role within 1-2 years
