Major Accountabilities

Support on BU's territory setting and adjustment, and quarterly target allocation

Consolidate distribution lists and conduct the sales claim by complying with SOP

Prepare the routine sales reports and data analysis reports upon line manager's or other functionaries' requirements.

Make the incentive accrual, involve in incentive calculation

Provide the data clean, screen and analysis assistance, as well as the clear fillings in order to realize the team's objective.

Other tasks assigned by LM.


Ideal Background

Good command in Windows and Office application is mandatory

Good communication skill, teamwork and interpersonal ship is highly expected

With experience in SFE or sales administration in pharmaceutical or relevant industry

Committed, conscientious attribute, detail-orientated and analytical ability is preferable
