Responsibilities:

The Customer Master Governance (formerly known as Customer Master Data) was reorganized in FY19 to a global team in order to transform the means of capturing, governing and enable consumption of customer master data by teams throughout Agilent. You will have the chance to partner with many internal stakeholder teams including Quota Credit, Tax, Credit & Collections, COpC, Contracts and Logistics (amongst others). As the regional leader, you will have direct staff responsibilities, but also represent the CMG team at a local and regional level. This includes partnering with key business partners who work from the Chengdu site but have global roles - you will be the face of CMG to these leaders.

  • Leads a team of CMG Specialists to meet the standard of customer satisfaction, turn around times and quality, while ensuring compliance to SOP's. Lead team to continuously improving metrics to improve internal and external customer experience.
  • Partners strongly with other business groups and/ or corporate organizations in Sales, Order Fulfillment, Support, Global Credit and Risk Management, Collections, Inventory Management, Tax, and Contracts/Legal to solve problems and provide efficient and streamlined service to Agilent Customers.
  • Accountable for ensuring strong compliance to regulations and Agilent Standards of Business Conduct.
  • Build a diverse team with the critical skills for current and future business needs. Set clear, compelling objectives and priorities, create clear accountabilities and encourage high performance
  • Builds a culture of innovation and drives changes that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization to meet customer and business goals.
  • Responsible for upholding and driving Agilent's culture & core values to build a sense of community within the operation and partner organizations.
  • Represent the CMG organization locally to ensure inclusion/partnering in an ever-changing environment.

Requirements:
  • Educated to at least university degree level (or equivalent experience)
  • Total of at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service related role; formal or informal team leadership in this environment.
  • Project leadership highly desired.
  • Comfort working across functionally to solve complex business problems.
  • Comfortable presenting in group situations and will be comfortable representing global team to the local audience.
  • Bilingual with English
