岗位设置的目的/GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

  

协助EHS主管，确保工厂运作符合中国国家和地方的EHS法律法规和企业标准。确保公司业务部门从内部获得EHS管理方面的专业知识和技能，降低EHS事故的隐患，减少事故的发生。

  

Assist EHS Supervisor to make sure plant compliance with Chinese national and local EHS law and regulations and with corporate standards. Make sure the business departments can obtain EHS management profesional knowledge and skills. Reduce the potential risks and reduce the occurrence of the accidents.

  

 

  

工作职责/  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

及时跟踪国家法律法规方面的要求变更，并与之相适应。

Timely follow up the changes of national laws and regulations and adapt to them.

及时响应中国政府和客户与环境安全职业健康有关的要求

Responsible for governmental and customers requirments pertaining to environmental, safety and health.

按照条例负责正确处理有害和无害废弃物。

Implement and maintain a handling, rationing and marketing program of sub-products and non hazardous waste

个人防护装备管理。

PPE(personal protect equipment) management 。

对员工进行安全培训（疏散，消防和应急模拟）。

Perform safety training to employees (evacuation, fire and emergency response simulation).

确保过程中使用的所有产品的安全数据表格中英文对照。

Make sure there are safety data sheets in Chinese and English for all products used in the process.

推动教育活动，促进安全和事故预防。

Promote educational activities to promote safety and accident prevention.

工厂5S管理和宿舍5S管理。

Plant 5S and Dorm 5S

安全巡查，隐患发现，跟踪，问题解决。

Safety walkthrough,risk finding， tracking, finalize

监督管理供应商在工厂内部施工过程中的安全环保行为。

Supervise and manage the safety and environmental protection behaviors of suppliers during the internal construction of the plant.

完成环境与安全有关的月度报表。

Prepare monthly charts on accidents and recommendations

积极参与内部和外部的ISO-14001审核。

Participate actively in internal and external ISO-14001 audits.

积极参与制定和执行环境管理体系的各项规定。

Participates actively in developing and implementing activities for the Environmental             Management System.

履行所分派的其它职责。

Performs other duties as assigned.
