Responsibilities:

· Assist in the establishment and optimization of the performance management system to ensure its continuous effectiveness;

· Assist in building up internal management pipeline and technical pipeline for development of managerial and technical professionals within Messer China;

· Draft and update HR policies and procedures for approval by management based on the latest employment laws and the company management requirements;

· Coordinate and closely follow up on the implementation of HR policies, procedures and systems to make sure that they are strictly executed;

· Identify and make the relevant management aware of employee performance and motivation issues and help management deal with the issues in a timely manner and in compliance with employment laws and company policies;

· Deal with labor disputes to minimize negative impact;

· Compile and distribute monthly and annual HR analysis reports for management;

· Collect and compile headcount forecast of Messer China;

· Maintain the personal data in the e HR system;

· Coordinate the implementation of the e HR operation procedures and follow up on troubleshooting requests;

· Coordinate the maintenance agreement renewal of the e HR system;

· Assist in the e HR project of new companies;

· Other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

· University degree.

· Good command of English.

· Working knowledge of MsOffice.

· Familiar with employment laws in China.

· At least 5 years of intensive HR experience in foreign investment companies or in HR consulting firms.

· Good analytical skills.

· Customer-oriented.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Well organized.

· Result-oriented.
