岗位职责：
Major Responsibilities:
* To take full responsibility of new formulation R&D, new products and technique application and lubricants blending control in major metalworking and processing oils. The main products main focus on Steel/Copper/Aluminium Rolling Oils, Metal Drawing/Forming/Punching/Stamping Oils and relative cleaners.
* To communicate and contact with major base-stock and additives suppliers to get premium raw materials and ensure high quality of relative products.
* To follow up and monitor oil analysis and testing flow. To supply premium products to supply chain and sales department timely.
* To offer on-spot or technical service and training support for sales and technical service engineer

Qualifications：
* Bachelor or master degree in Engineering and Chemistry will be plus.
* Over 5 years foreign or JV enterprise relative working experience in metalworking fluid, Rolling Oils, Antirust and Processing Oils will be more competitive for the position. Extremely familiar with technical support in Metallurgy and Machining industry.
* Hardworking, Honest, stable and good ethics performance.
* Good command of English and PC skills.

主要职责与义务:
* 负责上海工厂主要金属加工与工艺用油等新产品配方研发与产品改进、新产品新技术应用、油品调配过程控制；研发方向主要包括：钢、铜、铝冷(热)轧制油、平整液、静电喷涂防锈油、冲压、拉伸、成型、清洗剂等
* 与主要基础油、添加剂供应商保持良好的沟通与联络，建议选择和采购相应的高品质原材料保证油品品质长期稳定
* 跟踪、监督油品的分析、化验与生产流程，及时提供优质产品给物流和销售部门
* 及时为销售团队和现场技术服务工程师提供现场或远程技术服务，提供良好培训与辅导

基本要求：
* 大学或硕士以上学历，机械加工、化学等相关专业优先；
* 5年以上外资或合资企业金属加工、轧制、防锈与特种工艺用油相关工作经验优先，熟悉冶金、机械加工等行业现场技术服务经验优先
* 勤劳、诚实、稳重，良好的职业操守
* 良好的英文运用能力和计算机操作技能，熟悉各种日常办公软件
