2.1 Provide technical support to customers to advance Devro sales in the region.

  

2.2 Translate customer product requirements into effective product development briefs.

2.3 Support the testing of prototype products within customer facilities and communicate findings to key business colleagues.

  

2.4 Utilise Group product applications facilities to conduct hands on evaluations of products to identify solutions to complex customer applications issues.

  

2.5 Establish & recommend processing conditions and hardware configuration to optimize the performance of Devro products for specific customer needs.

  

2.6 Translate technical findings into meaningful business opportunities & communicate effectively with colleagues and relevant customers.

  

2.7 Preparation of customer visit and project status reports. Maintain a detailed database of individual customer applications and processing conditions.

  

2.8 Determine key ingredient formulations and applications in specific market and provide detailed requirements to Group for relevant in-house applications testing.   

  

      2.9 Coordinate with Devro Kitchen application team in preparation of meat emulsions, understand functionality of components and demonstrate the capability of operating meat processing equipment (particularly filling machines).

  

2.10 Travel within China sales team to support customer projects, provide technical assistance or participate in trade shows.

  

2.11 Well engage with regional sales forces in developing and maintaining customer and distributor relationships.

  

QUALIFICATIONS

  

• College or university degree in mechanism /machinery or apprenticeship in a practical machinery engineering  school.

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in industry mechanical experience

• Familiar with sausage making machinery and with solid experience.

• Familiar with Haadmann,Vimag, xiao-jin and other local tie linker machine.

• Problem solving and interpersonal skill is a must .

• Proven ability to be a team player.

• Integrity , Energetic , enthusiastic, hardworking.

• Technical and mechanical minded

• Customer-friendly manner at all times

• Communication skills, power to convince.

• Ability and willing to travel （more than 50%）

• Preferably with a multinational company working background.

• Preferably with a good English skills, both written and oral .
