职位描述
1. Serve as single direct point of contact for the SSC for various topic. Work directly with branches and relevant regional business function on SSC projects and issues.
2. Review with branch and SSC various issues in regard to service levels and cost allocation (after Service level agreements (SLA) between SSC and branches have been implemented)
3. Collect SSC issues on an ad-hoc basis from branch, review and communicate with HO SSC for support and improvement.
4. Actively participate in projects to improve process efficiencies in connection with the SSC. This may also include close collabaration with peers in other regions. "
5. Travel to branches / local tax offices within the region. Support RFC to handle local tax issues.
6. Support RFC in various finance transactions, such as BAD application, insurance claim handling, agent approval.
7. Support RFC in reviewing process and policies implementation and potential system issues. Liasie with HO as needed.
8. Other assignments from direct superior.
