管理品质部的正常运行；协调公司内相关部门组织质量体系的运作和实施，负责品质部进货检验员、过程检验员、成品检验员的工作指导和检查。

工作内容和职责：

1. 组织制定本公司质量管理各项管理制度，上报总经理审批。检查、监督各部门的质量控制执行情况；

2. 协助管理者代表建立和推进质量体系的运作；

3. 参与公司质量方针和质量目标的制定；

4. 负责编制检验操作规程；

5. 负责组织进料检验、过程检验和成品检验；

6. 负责各种检验报表的审核；

7. 负责组织客户投诉、不合格品的评审及纠正预防措施的监督、执行、跟踪；

8. 负责组织协调客户审核，验厂；

9. 负责检查车间标识的执行情况；

完成上级交办的其他工作。
