1. The Mechanical & Electrical Engineer shall be responsible for the safety and the effectiveness of the process and operation jobs at the current working day.
   机电/设备工程师负责当日的安全以及有效的热熔胶带生产线的维护及工艺管理工作。

2. The Mechanical & Electrical Engineer makes ensure to complete inspection of the equipment, making sure the tape line is on good state and high productivity, and weekly, monthly maintenance task at the current working day, and shall guarantee the maintenance quality. 
   机电/设备工程师必须确保完成当日的设备巡检、确保胶带线高效运行以及周、月保养任务，并保证维修保养质量。

3. Follow H.B. Fuller & government EHS & quality policy and procedure at any place and any time during the work.
   在工作过程中的任何地点、时间都应遵守H.B. Fuller公司和国家规定的安全质量政策和程序。

4. Take charge of the safety and the effective operation for contractor so as to ensure jobs are completed by them in time.   
   负责外包商的安全及有效的运作，确保外包商也按时完成工作。

5. Be responsible for 5S of the managed equipment and fields.
   负责本区域相关设备的5S工作

  PRIMARY DUTIES  

主要职责

  

 

  

1. To carefully execute daily inspection, especially the inspection to the key point of the equipment.
    认真仔细执行每天的巡回检查，特别是对设备的关键点的检查。

2. Planning and supervising the tape production line and focus on the demand from customers.
   计划并确保胶带生产线正常运作，根据客户需求适时调整产品，保证如期供应。

3. Optimization of the production process, keeping the machine always at good state.

   对胶带生产线的工艺进行控制和优化，并确保机器长期处于优良状态。

4. Grasping the technique of the electric/mechanical drawing, and enough knowledge on Siemens PLC, S7-1200PLC Display and frequency converter.

   掌握机械设备的电器原理图、电器接线图及PLC等基础知识，具有西门子触摸屏,变频器等维护和操作经验。能够与厂商进行有效沟通。

5. To independently resolve the equipment issues.
   能够独立解决设备问题。

6. To execute maintenance weekly and monthly to the equipment according to the maintenance procedure.
   严格按照维修程序执行设备周、月度维修保养工作。

7. To fast respond to the emergent maintenance task and make equipment to re-operate with the fastest speed.
   快速响应紧急维修任务，并以最快的速度恢复设备运转。

8. Knowing well equipment of the whole plant, with profound specialist foundation to the mechanism or electronics.
   熟悉全厂设备，对机械或电气有深入的专业功底并能独立解决维修问题。

9. Be good at communication and collaboration with cross function, and resolve the problems on site.

   能很好的、积极的跨部门沟通协调，解决现场出现的问题。

                        

10）To minimize the complaints rate of maintenance from other departments.
         减少其它部门对维修部门的投诉率。

  

11)  To be proficient in using STOP card to report the safety condition.
         熟练使用STOP卡报告安全状况。

  

12)  To be proficient in using Quality card to report the safety condition.
        熟练使用质量卡报告质量问题。

  

13)  Collecting and planning the issues occurred at the scene, and arranging to execute so that to guarantee the settlement of the issues.

  

       能汇总、计划现场出现的问题，并安排执行，保证问题解决。

  

14)  Leading some small project and improving the project.

  

领导一些小项目和小改善项目

  

15)  5S management on maintenance place. Complete the 5S work assigned efficiently and timely

  

       对维修场所进行5S管理，能有效、及时的完成所分配的5S工作。

  

16)  Supervise the implement of maintenance plan positively and effectively.

  

       积极有效的对维修计划的执行进行管理监督。

  

17)  Follow up the problem in the maintenance record and go round inspection record timely and effectively.

  

对维修记录及巡检表中提出的问题，有效、及时的跟进处理。

  

18)  To coordinate for contractor; 能够协调外包商的工作。

  

19)  To maintain record accuracy and in time.

  Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree on electric automation, Mechatronics, or mechanical designing/Manufacturing area.
   大学本科及以上学历，自动化控制专业、机电一体化或机械设计制造专业。

2. At least three-year mechanical and electrical working experiences.
   至少3年的机械或电气方面维修工作经验。

3. Be active and initiative, earnest and be responsible for the job.
   工作积极主动，认真负责。

4. Manufacture industry, especially in chemical or adhesives industry is a priority.
   在制造业，尤其是化工/粘合剂行业优先。

5. Excellent DIY capability.
   优秀的动手能力。

6. Being proficient in operating, maintaining and managing software. 

   能熟练操作维修保养管理软件

7. Special equipment operating qualification, especially Low voltage electronic certificate.

   具备相关的特种作业资质, 特别是低压电工证。

8. Basic MS office skills.
   具备基本的办公软件操作技能。

9. Excellent communication skill.
   必须有良好的团队沟通能力。

10.  With excellent oral and basic written expression ability, workable English in oral & writing.

    良好的口头表达能力和一定的书面表达能力，同时具备用英语工作的能力。

11. Possessing plan and organization capability for inferior levels.

    具备较强的计划、组织、执行能力。

12. Possess ability to coping with the emergency (such as emergent repair)
