Main Responsibilities/工作职责

1. Responsible for compounding workshop weighing and compounding operation WI, evaluate the formula performance like physical indicators, stability performance, microbial performance, timely feedback any issue to R&D to improve the WI and formula;

2. Responsible for L/RL formula production trial, represent factory to coordinate R&D, L/RL team, material team and production team to timely execute the PT plan, prepare the readiness check before PT;

3. Responsible for Weighing/compounding workers WI training, auditing, and correcting of incorrect operation behaviors;

4. Responsible for whole workshop cleaning/disinfection procedure;

5. Responsible for weighing and compounding bulk loss performance, quality performance, and issue bulk solution providing;

6. Lead TS/Production team to implement TPM activities in weighting and compounding area, continually improvement in both operation efficiency and cost reduction, drive the overall TPM performance in compounding are;

7. Other jobs assigned by supervisor or company.

 

Qualification & Experience/职位要求

1.     2-5 years’ work experience in R&D, chemical factory, cosmetic factory preferred;

2.     Be professional of cosmetic products knowledge, emulsion technician, process and operations;

3.     Be familiar of cosmetic industry development trend, raw material specs, information and related instruments;

4.     Can communicate in English both oral and written;

5.     Bachelor or above degree with Chemical related major preferred;

6.     Strong passion in skin care industry and willing to grow up with company.
