Job Responsibilities：

1. Supervision responsibility for all onsite construction activities through completion, including oversight of daily contractor works in coordination with owner team and EPCm contractor. 
2. Monitoring of permitting requirements implementation and reporting deviations to related attendance. 
3. Ensuring and monitoring of Compliance with EHS regulations. 
4. Performing and documenting of regular On-Site-Inspections. Follow -up of identified issues and deviations to requirements. Follow- up implementation of corrective actions. Checking of possible preventive actions.
5. Assurances safely, in quality, timely, cost effective execution of construction work on site, through planning, coordination and control of construction resources and activities.
6. Reports regularly the onsite progress related to schedule, cost, risk, etc. and achieving certain milestones, including in time and in budget completion of the work to the Owner Project Manager.
7. Inspects the work as completed to confirm that it was constructed in accordance with the specifications and performed to the required quality standards. Involves and coordinates Owner team for such inspections.
8. Ensures that all materials and methods of construction are conform to Owner standards, regulatory standards, specifications and requirements. Reports deviations to EPCm Contractor and third parties and ensures implementation of corrective actions. 
9. Implementation of project quality assurance procedures (QA/QC) and responsible for ensuring that the benchmark level of quality is achieved.
10. Supports Start-up and commissioning preparation and execution of the project scope in coordination with Owner team EPCm contractor team and third parties.

Job Requirements：

1. Technical and construction background.
2. Sound knowledge of construction management .
3. Experience in construction of investment projects. 
4. Good at English skills written/oral .
