职位描述
全面负责公司财务部的日常管理工作;
合理安排各财务人员的岗位职责,指导、培训、督促下属按会计准则和公司财务制度及规范汇编,及时准确进行会计核算;
负责公司的成本核算,审核各项会计数据及帐务,并对财务数据进行备份帐务存档;
按财务中心规定,及时准确编制公司财务报表和管理报表;
月度结账后进行项目盈利性分析、营运能力分析,针对发现的问题,积极给管理层提出改善建议;
渗入公司各业务模块,了解和发现问题,维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策,制定年度、季度财务计划;
加强与各部门的工作衔接,协调解决财务内部外部各项棘手问题;
主导、优化公司业务流程及ERP系统实施、执行;
对成本进行预测、控制、核算、分析,确保公司利润指标的完成;
与财政、税务、银行等相关政府部门、机构建立并保持良好关系;
承办上级领导交办的临时性和项目性工作。
任职要求:
1.财务会计大专以上学历;
2.具备同岗位财务经验3年以上优先;
3.具备全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验;熟悉国内会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规、政策; 较强的成本核算/管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力;
4.熟练使用ERP软件、MS Office办公软件,熟练使用财务应用软件;
5. 认真细心、为人正直、责任心强,有较强的敬业精神;原则性强,思维敏捷、严谨,工作实;
6.有良好的纪律性和团队合作精神。
