1. 全面负责公司财务部的日常管理工作；

2. 合理安排各财务人员的岗位职责，指导、培训、督促下属按会计准则和公司财务制度及规范汇编，及时准确进行会计核算；

3. 负责公司的成本核算，审核各项会计数据及帐务，并对财务数据进行备份帐务存档；

4. 按财务中心规定，及时准确编制公司财务报表和管理报表；

5. 月度结账后进行项目盈利性分析、营运能力分析，针对发现的问题，积极给管理层提出改善建议；

6. 渗入公司各业务模块，了解和发现问题，维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，制定年度、季度财务计划；

7. 加强与各部门的工作衔接，协调解决财务内部外部各项棘手问题；

8. 主导、优化公司业务流程及ERP系统实施、执行；

9. 对成本进行预测、控制、核算、分析，确保公司利润指标的完成；

10. 与财政、税务、银行等相关政府部门、机构建立并保持良好关系；

11. 承办上级领导交办的临时性和项目性工作。

任职要求：

1.财务会计大专以上学历；
2.具备同岗位财务经验3年以上优先；
3.具备全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验；熟悉国内会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规、政策； 较强的成本核算/管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；

4.熟练使用ERP软件、MS Office办公软件，熟练使用财务应用软件；

5. 认真细心、为人正直、责任心强，有较强的敬业精神；原则性强，思维敏捷、严谨，工作实；

6.有良好的纪律性和团队合作精神。
