Associate Company Relations Manager


Synopsis:

EF is the world's leading English language training school and has close to 30 centers and over 35,000 students throughout China. As part of EF's Business offering, EF Advancement is a new program which supports EF's students in their career planning and job search. Through this program, students get access to information about great career and internship opportunities, networking opportunities and skills development training. This program is designed to help students get the support and feedback they need throughout their career planning and/or job search process.

The role:

EF Advancement Associate Placement Manager is a professional position in this fast-paced program. The role of the EF Advancement Associate Placement Manager is to be responsible for the implementation of program strategy at the city level, the development and management of recruiting relationships with brand-name partner companies, and the cooperation with other Placement Managers and Case Managers. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a full Placement Partner Manager after a 6-12 month period.

Responsibilities:

· Based on budget and targets given by the Head of EF Advancement, independently identify, develop and maintain relationships with recruiting companies, placement partners and EF RED team to supply career opportunities to EF students
· Plan and create EF Advancement networking and guest speaker events with outside guest speakers and vendors including locating speakers and sourcing vendors; work occasionally with Life Club events team to plan networking events; work with national team and trainers to develop job search-related workshops and skills clinics.
· Assist in development and implementation of national and regional EF Advancement strategy; be a part of the team which is responsible for successful implementation of national strategies at the regional level
· Assist in developing and administering internal and external marketing plans including the creation of marketing materials for the EF Advancement program
· Generate student participation in the program; meet monthly and yearly targets for student participation, placement and satisfaction
· Report on progress to the head of EF Advancement on a weekly basis
· Work directly with EF academics, marketing and PR departments on co-sponsored programs
· Support the overall goals of EF Advancement in your assigned region

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in HR, PR, recruiting, marketing or sales
· Driven, positive, extroverted personality able to develop and leverage strong relationships
· Highly organized and self-motivated
· Learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
· Deadline- and detail-oriented
· Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook
· Fluent English/Chinese language with strong writing and communication skills
· Calm, friendly, approachable person, team player
