Key Responsibilities

· Design and deliver medium to large scale solutions for the firewall and network product portfolios.

· Ensure a smooth service transaction from project delivery (Day1) to operations (Day2) via proper documentation, knowledge transferring and service readiness assessments

· Provide ITIL based Incident/Change/Problem management in a global operational environment

· Able to resolve highly complicated technical issues with effective engagement with vendors

· Ensure customer satisfaction, operational KPI and delivery of high quality of the service

· Taking technical escalation from junior team members and provide trainings to other colleagues as required

· Work with suppliers and vendors for technical escalation and regular service maintenance renewal

· Work with incident managers, project managers and senior stakeholders to deliver services and projects

· Able to work over the weekend based on business requirements

Experience and Qualifications Required

· Degree holder in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.

· Be considered as a firewall and security subject matter expert with proven project design and delivery experience

· Strong hands on and project design and deliverer experience on Palo Alto Firewall to achieve complicated requirements

· Project design and delivery experience on F5 load balancer, GTM, LTM, F5 Big-IP application configuration.

· Good understanding of Data Centre Firewall design like policy design for internal, DMZ and external zones.

· Excellent business scenes for a technical support environment.

· Good analytical skill and able to solve complicated problem logically

· Good command of spoken and written English

· Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, project management skills and vendor management skills

· Must be flexible in approach to work content and responsibilities.

· Able to work under pressure within a busy environment and effectively multi-tasking

· Must be a self-starter and able to work with a minimum of supervision.

Experience and Qualifications Desired

· Palo Alto or F5 related technical certificate

· Switching: Cisco Nexus series, Cisco Catalyst series

· BGP, OSPF, Multicast, QoS, NAT, DNS, STP, 802.1q, PIM, HSRP/VRRP.

· MPLS, VPLS, L2VPN and leased link WAN network design, implementation and operational management

· Data centre design and implementation experience with vPC, OTV, FEX and VRF technology

· Aruba wireless and ClearPass Policy Manager

· Pulse Secure and Citrix VPN

· SolarWinds network monitoring

· Knowledge of DNS & DHCP (IPAM).

· Professional qualifications against relevant technologies
