职责描述：Job description

1. 协助工程师定义、优化、开发和改进不断发展的工艺技术；

2. 协助相关研发数据记录、整理、汇报和归档；

3. 参与设备的日常管理和维护；

4. 协助制作和修改工艺标准作业程序，操作手册和质量文件等。

5. 领导交办的其他事宜。

职位要求：Requirements:

1. 大学本科或以上学历，理工科、半导体专业优先；         

2. 有6个月及以上工作经验；

3. 积极主动，以结果为导向，善于沟通及表述；     

4. 英语水平四级或以上； 

5. 具有团队合作精神，能独立工作。  

新美光（苏州）半导体科技有限公司（原苏州新美光纳米科技有限公司）成立于2013年，由中科院苏州纳米所加工平台和中科院育成中心孵化成立，致力于半导体硅片的研发及产业化。公司荣获2015年园区第九届科技领军成长企业，高新技术企业，江苏省科技型中小企业,苏州股交中心新兴层（“新四板”）首批挂牌企业，2016年科技部十三五国家重点研发计划参与单位，2018年苏州工业园区瞪羚培育入库企业，2019年苏州工业园区企业上市苗圃工程计划认定单位，2019年苏州市瞪羚计划入库企业。公司获得了多项国家发明和新型专利，并于2019年底完成了数千万元Pre-A轮融资，且与国资公司签订了厂房代建协议，预计2021年底前迁入新厂址。
