What You will Do:

    

·       Lead package / Label procurement

    

·       support procurement in key initiatives, like Bidding, project implementation

    

·       Improve contracts / agreements to ensure a lowest possible total cost

    

·       Develop supplier and coordinate with internal stakeholder to identify and develop ongoing cost reduction, supply secure solution

    

·       Ensure project on time in full deliver

    

·       Manage monthly reporting on spend analysis, market update

    

·       Manage supplier performance evaluation, audit

    

    

Requirements：

    

·       More than 5 years’experience in package procurement

    

·       Strong project management skill

    

·       Strong spend, specification analysis skill

    

·       Strong strategic thinking, goal oriented concept

    

·       Effective communication, negotiation skill ( E-source is a plus )

    

·       Effective relationship maintaining skill with both internal and external clients

    

·       Microsoft Office , SAP experience / skill

    

·       Bachelor's degree in Chemical or package or related field is preferred

    

·       Fluent in English
