Our team is building key IPs in SSD controller such as the NVMe IP and the Flash Controller IP. These IPs decide the functions and performance of SSD controller.

Due to the broad range of market targets, this team is required to make design flexible to support requirements from different market segments in a short period of time.

As part of a team developing key IPs for the company’s SSD Controllers, the employee has the following responsibilities:

• Develop next generation SSD Controller utilizing advanced digital technologies.
• Develop UVM test bench development for the verification of the next generation SOC product.
• Define and implement testplan based on the architecture and features of the SOC. 
• Perform functional verification of design on block and system level.
• Work with SOC verification team and validation team to roll up test cases and leverage existing codes.
• Implement and maintain verification methodologies such as regression, code coverage, functional coverage and formal verification.
• Support debugging of issues reported by customers or internal validation teams or SOC verification team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• MSEE with 7+ years of experience in design verification
• Strong knowledge of NVMe protocol
• Strong knowledge of SSD controller architecture
• UVM based test bench development experience
• PLI related experience
• Scripting/programming language such as Shell, PERL/Python, TCL and C/C++
• Familiarity of ASIC design flow
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
