职位描述

Mission:
Implementation of divisional business strategy and activities with ambitious goals to maximize customer values of Atlas Copco Hydraulic Attachments, lead to sustainable profitable growth on Hydraulic Attachment business.

Job Description:

Product and Marketing Management Responsibilities
- Coordinate with BLM to establish yearly strategy and action plan for Hydraulic Attachment business.
- Product pricing policies for direct and indirect sales both channels
- Communicate with product factories to provide technique support to sales team, and undertake technical investigations on product performance and competitive information in associate with product factories.
- Support BLM to manage and plan product inventory
- Organize product demonstration to customers and active sales campaigns to boost business growth.
- Prepare all technical support documentations and commercial support documentations
- Establish communication standards, tools & materials for customer and distributors, such as sales brochures, leaflets, presentation, technical quotation, competitor analysis.
- Prepare marketing material for product advertisement- website, brochures, flyers, posters etc.
- Market and competition analysis (product and business)
- Develop professional sales network by territory management, and manage sales team to build up solid relationships with key-customers, distributors and other indirect sales channels
- Establish an effective standard network management policy.

Co-ordination with sales team
- Provide best technical support & training and sales tools for sales team (direct and indirect sales) to achieve maximum customer values.
- To provide technical advice and total solutions to sales force and customers so as to ensure customer's needs are fully understood.
- Application knowledge and training for sales
- Support salesmen and customers in the respect of technical enquiries and help them to resolve difficult technical problems.
- Support, coach and monitor sales team to achieve respective sales target.
- Technical and sales skill training for direct and indirect sales.
- Support BLM to manage sales team to achieve over customer satisfaction by attaining strategic targets
- Support BLM to improve sales efficiency through systemic management and sales follow up

Co-ordination with aftermarket
- Manage sales team to work partnership with service team to improve the productivity by offering total solution to customers.
- Deliver an over-satisfied service to customer as Atlas Copco vision: "First in Mind, First in Choice".

Job Requirement:
- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or other related.
- More than 4 years experience in technology, marketing and sales job in construction.
- Experience in relative business would be a plus.
- Well know application especially in relative field.
- Strong network with local relative business as plus.
- Analysis, planning and organizational skills is an advantage.
- Very good English in both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft skills and Lotus Notes.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and basic management skills.
- Willing to travel.
