Senior Tester (Testing Developer)：

1.Java development experience is a must.

2.Automation testing experience is a must.

3.Banking domain is preferred but not must.

4.English communication is preferred(No need fluent as above requirement but oral English can communicate).

测试经理：

1.英语口语流利。

2.5-10人团队的测试管理经验。

3.自动化测试经验。

4.敏捷测试经验。

5.银行/金融行业背景优先。

团队协调员：

1.英语口语流利。

2.必须具备测试管理经验。

3.必须具备协调处理不同团队的经验。

4.银行/金融行业背景优先。

高级自动化测试工程师：

1.必须具备Java开发经验。

2.必须具备自动化测试经验。

3.英语交流（不需要流利的英语交流，但可以口语交流）。
