1.Review customer specification and prepare draft concept for quotation.

检查客户的技术需求，同时编写报价的概念设计框架。

2.Prepare, design and verify the product concept at the device level, taking functional, material-related, technical production and economical aspects into account; drawing up detailing, specification of tolerances, checking up on drawings.

从成品角度上， 考虑功能， 材料，制造工艺以及相关经济性进行绘图，详细设计，公差配合选择，复核等。

3.Selection of the materials and standards to be used; Preparing the (design) FMEA for the complete device, taking customer requirements into account 

考虑客户要求的基础下， 领导团队编写产品的FMEA。

4.Responsible for the release of design data (3D, 2D drawing, BOM, Specification) in PDM system 

负责在PDM 系统中释放冻结研发过程中相关的数据 （3D, 2D 图纸, BOM, 技术规格）

5.Lead design review for complete device, responsible for design release of components and product according to company standard.

领导团队进行设计评审，根据公司的体系要求负责产品和设计冻结释放。

6.Analyze and solve mechanical issues occurred during DV include EMC, PV and Vehicle test, to record and share such experience, and integrated it in improvement.

解决DV/PV/EMC试验中遇到的机械问题,做好经验总结与分享, 同时改进设计。

7.Support project quotation with leading by Project manager and technical communication supporting to acquisition team leading by Sales.

在项目经理领导下支持项目报价，以及在销售领导下支持项目的技术交流。

8.Constant design improvement for VAVE or next generation.

持续的研发改进以降本和新一代产品更新换代。

9.Other job assigned by superior and Project Manager

上级主管和项目经理安排的其它工作。

Necessary requirement 任职资格: 

1.Good understanding and sloid experienced with mechanical development process, shall be familiar with APQP, PPAP, 6-sigma, DoE solid experience is plus

熟练掌握机械开发的流程，以及熟悉汽车行业APQP， PPAP以及六西格玛基本工具. 拥有较强的DoE改进经验的优先。

2.Strong background & knowledge on mechanical engineering like injection plastic part，die casting part, stamping part, surface treatment, GD&T etc…, automotive is plus.

具有很强的机械开发的背景和知识， 比如注塑塑料件，压铸件，冲压件，表面处理, 形位公差与配合等，汽车行业优先。

3.Master to use mechanical development tools (such as CATIA/ProE/UG/Solidworks, CAD， etc…) 

熟练使用基本的硬件开发工具（比如such as CATIA/ProE/UG/Solidworks, CAD 等）

4.Familiar with kinds of virtual design verification methods & tools like Mold Flow, DFMEA.

熟练掌握基本的虚拟设计验证方法和工具， 比如Mold Flow, DFMEA.

5.Business English language required .

6.At least 5 years working experience in mechanical development, automotive electronics experience is preferred.

至少5年以上机械开发设计经验，汽车电子行业优先。

7.Above Mechanical engineering bachelor’s degree required， automotive engineering is preferred.

机械类本科学士以上，汽车工程相关背景优先。

8.Good communication skill, team working sprit and strong proactive working attitude with target orientation.

海纳川海拉电子（江苏）有限公司（简称HBE）是由北京海纳川汽车部件股份有限公司和Hella Holding International GmbH共同出资在镇江设立的电子合资公司。合资公司注册资金为7500万元，双方股比为50：50。合资公司注册地点在江苏省镇江市。建设地址在镇江市丹徒区上党镇生态汽车产业园18号。厂房面积为8000㎡，人员规模在300人左右，具有独立研发能力。
合资公司计划生产汽车电子产品，主要为车灯、天窗ECU，PCBA板及BMS， BCM等模块，以及其他代工电子件。
项目总投资25000万元，达产年销售额10亿人民币。
