岗位职责：

1. 基因、蛋白表达及结构优化等工作； 

2. 基因，蛋白表达数据分析算法和流程开发, 编写基因优化相关生物信息软件及数据库；  

3. 参与研发项目设计，负责基因表达、密码子优化等相关的设计及数据分析；

4.生物信息数据的采集、整理、挖掘和利用。

   

任职要求：

1.生物信息学以及相关专业硕士及以上学历；  

2. 能顺利阅读、翻译英文科技文献；

3.能使用编程语言Perl, Python，C++，R等进行编程；

4.熟悉常用的生物网站（UCSC、NCBI、EBI、Essembl）

5. 主动性和责任心强，有良好的沟通能力和团队精神，良好的问题解决技巧、独立工作能力；

6. 有基因优化工作背景优先。
