1、负责所管理的KA系统及经销商的年度sell in指标达成，同时控制合理库存；

2、合理规划全年费用，不断提升效能，确保年度费用控制在预算范围内；

3、负责客户合同谈判，制定客户rolling N+3规划，管理客户进销存，确保良性；

4、负责所辖区域所有门店的执行，及时完成调价和新品报议，对客户零售价格和门店陈列执行进行管理监督；

5、负责所有MT人员的日常工作管理，通过跟线辅导、一对一、团队会议分享经验、提升团队技能；

6.完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求：

1.大专及以上学历；

2.5年以上KA客户/团队管理经验，熟悉山东LKA(家家悦、利群、振华、佳乐家等系统）优先；

3.具备系统化的KA客户管理能力，有很强的KA系统各种活动planning的能力；

4.很强的团队管理能力，不断提高团队执行力；

5.良好的谈判沟通和组织协调能力。
