1. Drafting and reviewing all kinds of agreements and binding documents for business and compliance needs of the company, and participating in contract negotiation where necessary
2. Providing legal trainings to internal staffs when necessary
3. Working with various departments, branches on implementing, developing and modifying practices and procedures to conform to legal requirements and company policies
4. Assisting and supporting on special projects in China (such as new investment or plant expending projects)
5. Providing efficient and precise legal advice and support to other departments, branches, affiliated companies under TKE Group and taking a proactive approach to manage legal risks for the company
6. Other tasks assigned by the Department Head and able to work independently with little supervision.
职位要求：
1. with at least the bachelor’s degree from a university of good reputation, overseas education background will be a plus
2. PRC bar admission
3. 5 years working experience with top local private practice /international law firm or multinational corporation.

1. strong analytical skills, good interpersonal and team-working skills with strong sense of responsibility for the work, the team and the company – candidates must be willing to handle tasks for other colleagues in case of any vacancy
2. solid legal knowledge with business-oriented thoughts
3. an ability to balance priorities and coordinate work effectively in order to meet deadlines and deal with high workloads, together with a willingness to be flexible
4. excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese – candidates must be approachable and constructive
