KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
? Complete KPI and achieve set target by following the Company’s instruction, work manual and code of conduct. 遵从公司制度,工作手册和员工行为准则,达成主要业绩指标,完成设定的各种目标。
? Map and identify new business opportunities in China, targeting company who has engligh training need and budget. 针对有英语培训需求预算的公司,寻找并确立在中国的商机。
? BD Manager is a 100% sales! BD Manager will not be assigned a customer portfolio but will have a well-designed database of high potential prospect companies . 这是一个完全“销售”的角色,我们不会提供给你具体的客户画像,但你会拥有一个经挑选,具有高潜力的潜在企业数据库

? Work towards clear deliverables in terms of activity level and new business close

? Provide customers good experience and help them achieve target; Develop good professional relationship with customers and get up-selling, referrals and renewal. 积极维护客户关系,为客户提供良好的学习体验,并帮助学员达成学习目标;建立专业而良好的客 户关系,赢得增值销售、推荐和续单。
? Use all the Company systems timely and correctly such as email, Salesforce and Loop etc. to ensure the smooth working process, communication and customer information handling. 及时正确地使用公司各种系统,如电子邮件、客户管理系统(Salesforce)以及 Loop 系统等,确 保工作流程、交流和客户信息处理的流畅进行。
? Cooperate with all relevant departments/BUs together to build up a great working and learning environment for customers. 与其他部门积极协作,帮助客户及潜在客户建立良好学习氛围。
