Responsibilities / 职责

- Develop and improve the service process / 开发和更改服务过程
- Supervise the repair orders / 监管维修订单
- Supervise the repair procedure / 监管维修过程
- Ensure that there are always sufficient spare parts available, which are needed during the repair process / 保证一直有足够在维修过程需要使用的零件
- Develop procedures, which ensure the quality according to the Lenze quality standards / 创造保证伦茨质量标准的相关过程
- Identify and arrange the training needs for the subordinates / 确认并且安排下属的培训需求
- Ensure 24 hours Stand-by-Service to the customers / 保证24小时随时提供售后服务
- Provide after-sales technical consultation to customers on the phone if necessary / 需要时,在电话上提供给客户售后的顾问服务
- Prepare the failure statistics of Lenze products / 提供伦茨产品的故障统计
- Maintain good relationship with the customers / 维护与客户的友好关系
- Decide which tools need to be purchased for the repair process / 对于采购维修过程使用的工具作出决定,
- Prepare the annual budget for the Service Department / 制定服务部门的年度预算
- Prepare regular reports about repair service and Service on site to the Management / 准备常规的维修和现场服务的文件并向管理层报告

Requirements /岗位要求

-Excellent knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering, a university degree in a related subject is required / 良好的机械或电子工程学的相关知识,相关专业大学毕业
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of electronic circuits for data processing and power electronics / 关于使用参数处理和功力电子的电路需要理论和实际知识
- Theoretical and pratical knowledge of drive systems (Inverters, motors, feedback systems, field bus communication) as well as PLC-systems / 具备驱动系统(变频器,电机,反馈系统,总线通信)及PLC系统的理论及实践知识
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access /熟练地能使用Microsoft Office软件，特别EXCEL 和ACCESS
- Experience in similar position for min. 5 years / 最少五年类似工作经验
- English language fluently spoken and written, German laguage is apprecaited / 英语说写流利, 会使用德语者尤佳

More than 60 regional sales and service engineers can support you from one of our 14 sales offices in China with profound industry and application knowledge. Our service plant in Shanghai Lingang further allows us to supply product repair, improvement and technical support.
