Responsibilities:
-Check and control all expenditures are in line with company policy;

-Perform bookkeeping of 2 business units according to China and group accounting standards;

-Perform monthly closing of 2business units according to closing schedule;

-Prepare management report and tax report for operating companies;

-Prepare and support external audit report;

-Regularly maintaining and supporting of E-Expense system;

-Keep good communication and relationship with business unit;

-Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as required.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor degree and over 3 years' experience in accounting and reporting;

-Professional knowledge of IFRS, PRC GAAP, TAX;

-Familiar with financial systems, Oracle / Navision system experience is a plus;

-Familiar with Microsoft office applications (Excel,PowerPoint,Word);

-Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines;

-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients;

-Willing to travel;

-English communication skills;

-Intercultural experience is preferred;

-Retail industry working experience is preferred.
